City Level

To elevate our city to new heights, three key objectives must progress simultaneously: developing the targeted number of land plots, ensuring pre-purchased land plots meet the required quota, and achieving the desired level of city prosperity. As the city level rises, the prerequisites for upgrades become more demanding, reflecting the city's growth and ambition.

City Level System:

Note: The international megalopolis status is reserved for system cities. New city will not be able to level up to an international megalopolis.
